Persistent NA's in Sessions

As previously described in this topic, several subjects in study 1018 received notifications and completed surveys. Yet, we weren’t able to see their responses in the system. After manual fixes, Mohammad helped us to make sure the issue won’t happen again.

We asked the subjects to uninstall and reinstall the app on June 9th, as adviced by Mohammad, but the problem appears to be persistent for EID 39544:

Might there be another way to solve the issue? Or could this be a different issue?

This participant has been offline since Jun. 9th and her app hasn’t have any interaction with Ethica servers. That’s why you see N/A there, which means there are no responses received for these sessions.
