Hello!
I included 2 questions about snacking in the study for my bachelor thesis, where participants are required to indicate how many servings they ate. In order to enhance their imagination to what one serving could look like for different types of food, I included one picture for each of the 2 questions. Right now, me and the other students I work with are doing a quick pilot study. However, I noticed that my on my phone (Huawei) I cannot see the picture in the app, there is just a blank spot. But one of the other students can see the pictures and she has an iPhone. Now I was wondering if there is anything I could do about that or if that is just depending on the phone?

This often happens when the phone has problem with downloading and storing the image. Can you try it on a different Android device and see the problem still persists?
