Participant "kicked out" by Ethica and not enrolled in study anymore

Participant 38129 says she was ‘kicked out’ by Ethica and when she enters her ID again the app says she has to start over.
I cannot find her enrolled in our study anymore either (ID 1413).
What happened here?
