No data export, status idle

Hi,

Since Friday it is not possible to export data from our study. The status is stuck at idle.
Can you fix this?

I believe you already have received an email, but I also wanted to let you know that the issue with the Data Exports are resolved and the data can be downloaded now from your Researcher Dashboard.
