Hi there. Naive question. We invited our participants by email with the study registration code; we asked them to validate their participation by providing their email adresse (the same one used to communicate the study). How can we now match our participants’ study Ethica ID with their emails. The subsidiary point is to be able to know who are each Ethica ID participants.

Sorry for the late reply. We do offer an option for a given study to enable displaying personally identifiable information via the Researcher Dashboard. When enabled, in the dashboard you can see the name and email address of each participant, alongside their ID.
If you want this enabled, please send an email to support@ethicadata.com and ask them to enable Show PII option for your study (don’t forget to include your study ID in that request).
