I created a one-day pilot version (study code 972) of my study to allow coworkers to experience the ESM for themselves. However, after registering, I and others get an error message and do not get any questionnaires.
Can you tell me what might be going wrong?

Looking at one of your participants history reports the error relates to a survey with notification offset beyond survey timeout period. It is survey id 5057, notification id 3 with offset: 60000000ms which is beyond survey timeout duration of 2700000ms. Please adjust that value.
