Hello,
we have a problem with our study. The code we have led to our study for some people while to a completely different one for other people. Does anybody know why this is happening and what we can do?

Your study ID is 2107. Any participant can join your study by using this code, and this code is only for your study. Not sure what led you to conclude that using this code has enrolled participant in a different study. This is very very unlikely.
