Bluetooth Data Source Does Not Work on iOS?

Hello,

we are currently piloting a study within our team (Study ID 937) and I noticed that for everyone using an iPhone, the bluetooth data are missing. I also know from at least one participant (ID: 40392), that they do not see the option to endable Bluetooth data collection in the app.

However, on my android device, everything is working just fine.

Is there anything I might have specified wrong are could this be an issue with iOS?

As it’s explained in our documentation, Bluetooth data source is not supported in iOS devices.
