I have a problem with participant no 40524 in study 1874. The app in the respondents phone does not open at all. Clicking on the icon only opens it for half a second and simultaneously closes down then. Neither reinstalling the app or restarting the phone is helping.
Hi @eleri.lillemae we found that our latest update last Friday was not working as expected on Android version 11, and the issue you mentioned was happening. This is resolved with an update yesterday. If anyone still experiences this, please ask them to update their app to the latest version and things should work as expected.
