Like a few others, one of my participants reports they are not receiving notifications through. For this person only I would like to add SMS notifications to see if that helps. Is there a way of adding this to an already existing survey without disrupting the other participants who are getting their in-app notifications?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to do so only for one participant. To use SMS notifications, you need to modify all notifications already defined in your study to have a SMS equivalent as well. Then you should enable the Verify Phone Number for your study, so the app asks participants to verify their phone number when joining your study. Then the notification is sent to the verified numbers.
Also, this will have extra costs both for sending SMS, and on participants for receiving it.
