Hi, when my participants input the study registration code (987), the page “sorry something went wrong” appears. When we input the study registration code again, it claims “already participating in the study”. However, this study (987) does not appear under the my studies tab. May I know if there’s any errors in my study setup?

The problem is that in survey #5220, the expiry time is set to 30 minutes, but then there are notifications for 40 or 50 minutes after the survey prompt. You cannot set up notifications after the survey is expired.
