Trial version: cannot open or view studies ('something went wrong' error)

Hi,

I signed up for the trial version, verified my email, and tried to create a study. When I try to open my study on the ‘My Studies’ page, I receive the error message that something went wrong. Reloading the page doesn’t work. I receive the same error when I click on Basics, but I can view the sections below Basics (Activities etc.). I am using Google Chrome.

Would anyone be able to help me out, please?
