Participant #14121 from study 833 reports that Ethica is not prompting survey anymore for the past couple of days. In the ‘survey sessions’ tab it seems that there are no survey scheduled (no grey colored dates) since last Friday. The triggering logic, however, is set to ‘never ends’. We’ve tried updating the study and synchronizing it. Could you help us solve this issue please?
