Surveys get cancelled, but audit log does not reveal why

We have a problem with our study that peoples first survey (survey ID 11907) gets cancelled.
We are not sure why and the audit logs do not reveal a reason, i attached a screenshot here: Screenshot 2021-04-05 at 17.46.09 .
This happened for instance for user 37934 of study ID 1413.
What happened here? We would like to fix it so that we don’t have to always release the survey anew, especially because completing this survey is essential for the rest of the activities to get triggered.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. When a survey is cancelled, it means the participant explicitly cancelled the survey and confirmed in the app that they don’t want to respond to the survey. Ethica does not automatically cancel surveys.
