Survey name not displaying on participants' end

Hi!

I have recently published my surveys, but noticed that the survey names are not displaying on my end when piloting as a mock participant. I have the survey name and description all set up and saved on my researcher dashboard, but the survey is displaying as “New Survey Trigger” from the participants pov (image attached).

Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

Base on Ethica Gettings Started documents, when you create new survey Ethica adds a button to the home screen of the participant’s app, labeled New Survey Trigger, and allows them to start the survey by tapping on it.
You can change the button caption via Triggering Logic tab described at the first of this page.
