I am wondering whether there is any way to automatically present participants with feedback about the percentage of surveys they have completed while they are enrolled in a study.

Do you mean percentage of their progress within a given survey? In that case you can use the Show Progress option.
If you mean their progress within the study (e.g. 50 surveys are completed from a total of 200 surveys), that’s not an option yet, and should be added as a custom feature.
