I am currently testing out study #1453 with participant #34287. I want to collect pedometer data but this doesn’t seem to be working (the datafile is empty). Do you know how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply,
Seems participant has terminated the app while in the background and it could not collect any data. They must have terminated the app by swiping it away from the home screen.
Also they should grant GPS access as it’s necessary to keep the app operational while not in the foreground. Note that no GPS data will be collected.
