Participant no longer visible in system

Hello,

Since this morning, participant #29545 in Study #1298 appears not to be in the Study anymore. That is, I cannot see his data and it says that 0 participants are in the study. This is not correct as this participant told me personally that he received a survey prompt this morning and completed it as usual. How come I cannot see his data? And that it even says that the participant isn’t in the study anymore?

I can see in Kibana that this participant has used the app today. In the dashboard however it says there are no participants in the Study.
