Hi, our participant (user #12293, study 664) is not receiving any survey pop ups since June 15th. Daily, there is one survey scheduled because the triggering logic is set on repeat every day, never ending. How is this possible?
I am also experiencing this issue for participants #12984 #12985
There was an issue with the surveys for this participant which we resolved it. If you ask the participant to go to the app, open Settings and press Update Studies, that will resolve the issue for her and will resume the surveys again.
@anishaa, I checked the issue for your participants as well. That’s not relevant to the issue discussed above. 12985 is responding to the surveys. But 12984 is been offline since Jun. 21st (as shown in your dashboard). That’s likely because the app is fully terminated (as I described here), or because she has uninstalled the app. Either way, there is no technical issues here.
