I have an issue with ios devices joining a new study. When enetering the study code, the app keeps loading and eventually crashes… al without properly joining. On android it does work, does anyone have an idea what causes this?
Can you please clarify what is the registration code of the study you are trying to join (I guess it should be either 619 or 868). Also, can you tell me the ID or the email address of the participant who has this issue?
