Hi, I receive an error (“Sorry something went wrong”) when I’m trying to adjust my study period (study 852). I’m planning to run it this week. Can you let me know what the problem is?

Sorry for the problem. I checked and it seems that our server expects that either the Start Time of the Study Period does not change, or if it does change, it should be later than the current time. I suspect when you were trying to make this change, you set it to a time in the past and it did not work.
I know this limitation is not reasonable, and my teammates are already working on removing this. In the meantime, please either do not change the Start Time, or set it to a time in the future.
If this does not resolve the problem, please let me know.
