Study ID 2486, Ethica participant ID 57310
I’m trying to chat with a participant and they don’t show up in all, direct or group chat so I’m not able to contact them.
In addition, the chat still shows the participant’s name rather than the label or Ethica ID. This was supposed to be an anonymous study so this is really disappointing. I’d like this to be fixed ASAP.

Dear Echo,
About the missing Chat, apparently that participant joined your study after the update we had ~8 days ago. With that update, we no longer create all possible Chats for participants and researchers whenever they join or are added to a study; the performance won’t be good.
Now, researchers and participants can add a Chat by clicking on the + button at the bottom of the Chats list.
