Hi there, The app doesn’t open on several Iphones. Once participants try to open the app, the app automatically closes again. I’ve checked the IOS version of these phones, and they all have IOS 12 or above, so according to Ethica it is possible to use the app on these phones…
Are you aware of any issues? Maybe due to the latest update?

Ethica app does not work with iOS 13. Our documentation still says 12, but we do not support iOS 12 anymore. Based on the report less than 1% of iOS users are using iOS 12 and this does not justify investing to support the platform.
We will be updating our App Store and documents shortly to reflect this. Thanks for pointing this out,
